Administrative Support
We are seeking experienced administrative professionals to fill various roles throughout the Dublin area. These positions require candidates who can provide exceptional customer service, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support and performing general office duties
* Answering calls, taking messages, and transferring callers as needed
* Meeting and greeting visitors, handling enquiries, and directing individuals to appropriate resources
* Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings and events
* Typing and editing documents
* Resolving complex enquiries accurately and timely
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in similar environments
* Ability to independently problem-solve and take action as required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive and enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment
* Ability to work cooperatively with others
