Key Responsibilities

* Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand their training needs
* Maintaining relationships with key partners, vendors, or suppliers as required
Requirements
* A minimum of three years' experience in Learning & Development or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) would be an advantage but not essential
