As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of EY by identifying and engaging top talent.

Your key responsibilities Partnering with stakeholders to understand business priorities and talent needs, setting clear expectations and building strategic sourcing plans and timelines that support hiring goals.
Sourcing top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other digital sourcing tools.
Leading pre-screening conversations to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability, ensuring readiness for next-stage interviews.
Managing the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to closure, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
Embedding DEI principles into sourcing and selection, ensuring inclusive practices and balanced representation.
Leveraging recruitment dashboards and data insights to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and influence business decisions through evidence-based hiring strategies.
Creating a positive recruitment experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement, building trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Skills and attributes for Success Familiarity with recruitment systems and best practices.
Expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment systems and tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Solution-focused approach to recurring challenges, with a proactive attitude toward process improvement and leading structured problem-solving initiatives.
Ability to analyse data and use insights to make informed decisions and influence hiring outcomes.
Commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience and an inclusive hiring.
Adaptability and a proactive approach.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.
Ideally, You'll also have Experience in professional services or consulting recruitment.
Experience in digital recruitment marketing.
