Transforming Lives through Industrial Engineering
We're seeking a talented professional to join our team at Boston Scientific, where you'll have the opportunity to harness your skills and experience to advance the field of industrial engineering.
Your primary focus will be on implementing improvement in the manufacturing environment through the deployment of lean principles, systems, and tools. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient processes, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.
To achieve this, you'll utilize demand planning forecast numbers to complete capacity analysis, research new technologies and methods, and use DMAIC or problem-solving techniques to analyze and implement manufacturing improvements.
You'll also design and procure customized workbench/storage solutions, perform time studies and work analysis to identify waste opportunities, and manage space strategy for assigned production areas.
As an industrial process optimizer, you'll have the autonomy to create strong relationships with team members, both internal and external, to ensure project success.
Join us in advancing possibilities for a brighter tomorrow and making a meaningful difference in people's lives worldwide.
