About The RoleAbout The RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a site Security Supervisor based at one of our corporate clients in DublinPosition: Full TimeHours: Monday – Sunday : 10:00 – 22:00Rate of Pay: €17.41p/hWe require Officers to be PSA licenced.The Site Supervisor role is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.Key DutiesAct as an ambassador for the companyFollow on site security requirements including access control and CCTVReport any security events in the onsite logAccess controlDeal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as requiredComplete the onsite paperwork in a clear formatLiaise with Bidvest Noonan Management regarding any security issues or problemsCustomer Care ExperienceRequired Skills/Abilities:Extensive knowledge of security protocol and proceduresExcellent management and supervisory skillsAbility to provide training on security policies and proceduresAbility to work with confidential and classified informationProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software5-year verifiable historyValid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basisMust have a valid PSA LicenseExcellent written and verbal communication skills in the English languageCustomer/Client focusedMust be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situationsBasic computer literacy requiredExcellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm mannerAbout UsBidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
