About the role
As Store Director, you lead the store through the General Manager, owning commercial performance, operational discipline, people outcomes and premium customer experience. You will protect brand standards, coach leaders to deliver exceptional service, and drive performance through disciplined execution and expert selling behaviours.
What you will be responsible for
Setting store strategy using KPIs and customer insight, ensuring disciplined execution and premium standards.
Driving seasonal launches and visual storytelling with refined presentation and clear priorities.
Overseeing operations, governance and compliance to protect brand image and customer trust.
Leading workforce planning to ensure coverage supports premium service and selling behaviours.
Forecasting recruitment needs and ensuring selection is fair, structured and aligned to brand behaviours.
Overseeing ER risk with HR support, identifying issues early and ensuring consistent, policy-led action.
Building a strong succession pipeline through coaching, development plans and leadership routines.
Ensuring the store delivers a calm, elevated customer journey with expert product and styling advice.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a values-led leader with a premium customer mindset, strong commercial discipline, and the ability to develop high-performing leaders.
You will bring
Senior store leadership experience in premium retail with a strong commercial track record.
Confidence using data to diagnose performance and set direction.
Exceptional coaching and influence capability; able to develop high-performing GMs.
High standards in operations, compliance and store presentation.
A calm, fair approach under pressure with strong decision-making and accountability.
Strong product and styling mindset with customer relationship focus.
