DescriptionSpecialist Financial Lines Broker The primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients and provide a superior level of client service supporting the business in the achievement of their objectives.

In our Corporate Risk and Broking Retail line of business, we provide appropriate and innovative Insurance Programmes for our Clients.

The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients and provide a superior level of client service.
Main responsibilities include;
Perform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Large and Global Clients across a broad range of risks, dealing with Renewals and all mid-term alterations and queriesBroad knowledge of Financial Lines Products an advantageAchieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all client deadlines are metAchieve an appreciation of each client's business and cultureSupport and find opportunities to enable growth of the existing client accountsFoster beneficial insurer relationshipsFollow company procedures for Renewals and New businessMaintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements including complianceParticipate in project workProvide technical support to colleagues and help in resolving their client problemsBuild relationships and provide support to a number of different teams across the regions business QualificationsThe Requirements CIP qualifiedPrevious experience working for an insurer or broker.Strong client advocateDesire to take early responsibilityPassion for learning about and understanding the insurance industryHard working, proactive and flexibleCapable of solving problemsGood IT skills including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suitGood interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skillsHighly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasksWillis Towers Watson is an equal opportunity employer Willis Towers Watson believes that effectively managing a diverse workforce is vital to our business strategy.
