Senior Project Lead
We are expanding our Global Professional Services team to actively engage customers worldwide and accelerate their adoption of advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to global implementation for strategic programs of work
* Develop and execute plans for launching new service offerings, driving business growth and revenue expansion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and evolve sales processes, assets and methodologies
* Lead projects to develop, improve, and scale delivery processes globally, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
* Focus on enhancing the methodology, tools, templates, and processes associated with Professional Services
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in project management, business process analysis, strategy, operations, and/or consulting. Strong program management skills, with expertise in managing projects from inception through to completion, are required.
