Project Manager - Civil, Structural and Architectural Works
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the co-ordination of civil, structural and architectural work packages on a major data centre project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site safety, quality assurance and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the co-ordination of the CSA work packages.
* Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel.
* Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
* Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors and Consulting Engineers/Architects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel
- Strong communication, numeracy and problem-solving skills
- At least 7 years relevant experience
- Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
