We're partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to support their search for an experienced Client Services Manager to join their Transfer Agency function in Limerick.
This is a high-profile role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with strong attention to detail.
This is an initial 9-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension or permanency.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day delivery of all Transfer Agency (TA) services to key clients.
Liaise closely with internal operational teams to ensure service standards are met.
Maintain client SLAs and proactively address service issues or queries.
Oversee preparation of monthly client reports and incident logs.
Participate in service reviews, client visits, and due diligence sessions.
Provide subject matter expertise for new product rollouts and support client onboarding.
Deliver detailed client reporting and lead discussions on service enhancements.
Support regulatory and internal change initiatives as required.
Lead and manage client-related projects where needed.
Requirements: Previous experience in a client-facing role within financial services, ideally within a Transfer Agency environment.
Strong understanding of fund servicing processes and client relationship dynamics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities.
Ability to review and resolve complex issues independently.
People management or project leadership experience is a plus but not essential.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Limerick).
