Role Overview:Spectrum Health is seeking an experienced and adaptable Contractor Doctor to join our growing panel of healthcare professionals. This is a very flexible role and we will consider any hours you can work in the evenings and/or weekends in our Dublin clinics. We would love to hear from you Key ResponsibilitiesProvide locum cover in GP practices and community-based clinicsMaintain accurate and timely clinical notes and documentationCollaborate with nursing and allied health professionals across multiple care environmentsEnsure safe, evidence-based care in accordance with Spectrum Health protocols and national guidelinesEssential RequirementsFull registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC)Professional medical indemnity insuranceMinimum of 3 years' post-registration experience in general practice or community healthcareProficiency in digital health systems and remote consultation deliveryStrong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skillsReliable, self-motivated, and patient-focused with a flexible approach to workAvailable to work out of hours and weekendsGiven the nature of this contract, applicants must be authorised to work in IrelandDesirable ExperienceExperience in Doctor out of hours, nursing home medicine, community care, or telehealth servicesKnowledge of Irish primary care systems and HSE/HIQA standardsAccess to own transport for community visitsWhat We OfferFlexible working hours that suit you in the evening during the week and/or weekendsAdministrative support and efficient clinical systemsOpportunities to work within a multidisciplinary, patient-centred healthcare team
