This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience within the telco and ecommerce space.Key Responsibilities:eir Accessories SupportAssist with reviewing sales-out data and preparing simple reports for the Telco team.Help monitor stock levels and update internal stock trackers.Support the team by flagging low-stock or out-of-stock items.Maintain accurate product mix and accessory information for eir.Assist in updating merchandising content, product lists, and planogram documentation.Help coordinate accessory stock planning activities with internal teams.Support occasional retail visits alongside senior team members.Support on promotional execution tasks such as checking live offers or updating product info.Track and log customer or channel queries to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth day-to-day administration.Assist with trade show preparation (materials, sample organisation, documentation) as needed.HMD DTC Website AdministrationSupport the senior manager with day-to-day coordination for the HMD e-store acrossIreland, UK, France, Spain, Italy, and Germany.Help maintain communication with internal teams and external partners by logging queries and following up on open items.Prepare simple reporting templates or updates for review meetings as needed.Assist with monitoring stock levels by updating spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems.Prepare basic sales, stock, or operations reports using templates.Gather data for forecasting or planning activities (you will not own the forecast).Help summarise findings such as stock trends, issues logged, or promotional activity results.Support with regular site and stock audits, ensuring all information is aligned across systems.Maintain clean, organised documentation across all DTC and eir accessory files.Requirements:Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.Confident using Excel and comfortable working with data.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.Experience in ecommerce, admin roles, retail operations, or telco/consumer electronics.Familiarity with content management or ecommerce platformsBasic understanding of product lifecycle or product data managementJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €36,000.00-€44,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Clondalkin, County Dublin
