Storesperson – Engineering & Equipment Sector Perform Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Storesperson on behalf of a well-established company operating within the power washer manufacturing & hire, garden equipment, heating, and workshop supplies sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, hands-on environment with long-term career prospects. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the stores, ensuring accurate stock control and smooth support to workshop and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Managing goods inwards and outwards Maintaining accurate stock levels using a computerised stores system Picking, packing, and issuing parts and equipment Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely supply Keeping the store area organised, safe, and efficient Requirements Previous experience in a store or warehouse role (engineering, mechanical, or retail environment an advantage) Experience using a computerised stores system (OPERA experience highly desirable) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift licence is an advantage (but not essential) Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Breaks: 15 and 30 minutes per day Salary & Benefits Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience 21 days annual leave Stable, full-time position with a reputable employer Supportive team environment Apply Today If you have the experience and are looking for a secure, long-term role, apply now through Perform Recruitment with your updated CV.
