Job Overview
As a Quality Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality engineering team and ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of quality engineers
* Develop and maintain quality methodologies, systems, and practices
* Ensure implementation of assurances, process controls, and CAPA systems
* Mentor technical guidance on identifying and resolving quality issues
* Investigate, identify, and implement best-in-class quality engineering practices

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
* At least 5 years of related work experience in quality engineering, including at least 2 years as a people leader
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex quality issues
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and organized
* Demonstrated understanding of QSR and ISO standard requirements for medical devices
