Job Title: Machine Operative
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This includes maintaining high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within your area.
You will contribute to the overall performance of our production shifts through effective teamwork and communication. Your role involves maintaining quality control parameters linked to production in your area of work.
* Responsible for recording/inputting all data in your area through paperwork/FMES.
* Monitor/deliver total hourly efficiency in your work area by maximizing output from packing machines through effective communication with line leads, maintenance teams, process leaders, and team captains on an ongoing basis to improve productivity metrics accordingly;
The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months experience operating similar machinery; possess excellent communication skills (liaising effectively at various levels both internally & externally), strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues alike; self-motivation alongside problem-solving capabilities necessary too!
