About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Senior Manager level) to join a dynamic and expanding HR Technology team. This is a permanent position, based in Dublin with one day per week in the office, plus occasional travel to client sites when required.

Our practice is at the forefront of HR Transformation and SAP SuccessFactors delivery, helping clients design and implement modern HR operating models and technology platforms.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and architecture of complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and best practices.
Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, future-proof HR systems.
Oversee multiple design and delivery streams, collaborating closely with programme leadership.
Run and facilitate design workshops, producing high-quality deliverables and presentations.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering deep platform expertise and industry insights.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals and solutioning.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years’ experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Strong knowledge across core modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end delivery of HR technology programmes.
Excellent skills in stakeholder management, solution design, and architecture.
Active SuccessFactors certifications (highly desirable).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
