We are looking to recruit an IT Support Specialistwith a knack for managing and implementing IT projects. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and we're expanding rapidly across Europe's major cities.
In this pivotal role, you'll not only offer technical support but also lead key IT projects, particularly in our Microsoft-based environment. Your expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune will be vital in driving our IT infrastructure forward. Knowledge of Fortigate firewalls and Unify switching is highly desirable. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in mentoring junior IT agents as the team develops, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What you can do for us
* Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered efficiently.
* Provide support to all levels of the business for a wide range of IT issues, especially within Microsoft environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune).
* As we grow as a support team mentor junior IT agents, guiding them in their professional development and technical skills.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
* Maintain and configure network security devices, including Fortigate firewalls, and manage Unify switching setups.
* Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT systems and projects.
* Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending improvements to our IT strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune is essential.
* Proven track record in IT support and project management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior team members.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse teams.
