The Role An opportunity exists for an experienced Development Manager to oversee all aspects of the property development portfolio from initial site appraisal through to project completion and occupation.
Key responsibilities include: Assessing development feasibility and viability Appointing and managing design teams and contractors Leading projects to meet quality, programme, and profitability targets Managing cost planning, contracts, and legal processes Monitoring construction progress, quality, and budgets Engaging with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies Ensuring timely completion and handover of developments The role contributes to senior-level decision-making and strategic planning.
The Person The successful candidate will have: A professional qualification in a construction or property-related discipline A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in property development Proven experience delivering large, complex projects from acquisition to handover Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking ability with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful organisation with an ambitious growth pipeline.
