Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems.
* Provide training and coaching on analytical methodology and instrumentation.
* Plan and manage resources to meet shipping, production, and stability timelines.
* Lead laboratory/site investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
* Analyze data and identify trends or anomalies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide technical support for instrumentation and analytical methodology. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of laboratory operations.
Requirements:
* BSc in Analytical Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in analytical chemistry or a related field.
* Proven track record of implementing quality control measures and improving efficiency.
