Positive Futures Support Workers provide high-quality, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism. The role focuses on promoting independence, wellbeing, safety, and inclusion by supporting individuals with daily living skills, maintaining their homes, building relationships, accessing their community, and achieving personal goals. Support Workers empower people to have choice and control so they can live fulfilling and independent lives. A minimum of 6 months providing paid or voluntary care of support for someone and a Full Valid EEA/EU driving licence are essential criteria to the role
