A) Customer Trips – Dublin Visitor Centre
• Bar & Stock Management

• Travel & Logistics Coordination
B) Company Conferences
• Assist with planning, logistics & execution of internal company events &
conferences
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
C) Brand Trade Events
• Support planning and onsite delivery of brand-led trade events
• Coordinate with internal teams & external partners to maintain brand standards
• Prepare and manage event materials, displays, and collateral
D) Social Media Content Creation
• Support the Marketing Team where necessary with content Planning & Strategy:
o Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, events, and seasonal themes
• Creative Development:
o Create compelling, on-brand content for platforms such as
Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook including:
Short-form videos
Static posts and stories
Interactive content
o Attend events and activations to capture real-time content
• Platform Management:
o Schedule & publish content using appropriate social media
tools
o Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
professionally and in a timely manner
• Analytics & Reporting:
o Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower
growth)
o Provide regular insights & suggestions for optimisation based
on data
Person Specification:
Essential:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related
discipline
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident using social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for brand storytelling
Desirable:
• Basic photography and video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or
similar)
• Experience working in a hospitality or events environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems and/or project tracking tools
