Job Title: Chatbot Design Lead Are you passionate about leveraging conversational AI, machine learning and data analytics to drive customer experience? Do you have expertise in ServiceNow and Python programming? We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will be responsible for designing chatbot experiences that meet the evolving needs of our internal clients. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end customer experience, ensuring a seamless user journey through design, tone, content and interactions. You will also review existing conversations to ensure grammatical accuracy, optimize content, recommend new topics and measure impact on user satisfaction and deflection within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will assist in user research and interviews to identify unmet customer needs, incorporating insights from machine learning models. Additionally, you will leverage data analyst skills and Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis to deeply understand user behavior, chatbot performance and recommend enhancements to the customer experience.
