**Job Title:** Credit Control Associate
**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Control Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with basic accounting knowledge, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive sales ledger knowledge and credit control background
* Collection of customer payments
* Dealing with customer queries
* Preparation of bank lodgements
* Processing and allocation of payments
* Month end reporting
* Data entry and maintenance of accurate records
**General Administration Duties:** The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration duties, working as part of the admin team. This includes processing new account application forms, journals, credit limit reviews, monthly settlement discount, and performing any other administrative duties as assigned by their manager.
**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, quick learner, with a passion for this position. You should also be an organized and proactive person who can work on their own initiative. Strong time management skills and ability to easily prioritize tasks, consistently meet deadlines, and ensure time is used effectively are essential. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization both internally and externally are also required.
