Groundworks General Foreman – Cambridgeshire area.
In this role you will supervise several gangs and support Site Managers on various civils sites within the water industry.
Experience in the water industry and/or heavy civils infrastructure is essential.
You will lead teams in concreting, deep drainage, and pipe laying, ensuring high standards of health & safety.
Candidate Specification
Experience managing gangs on civils projects within the water industry (e.g., water treatment sites or reservoirs)
Positive attitude with a commitment to high health & safety standards
Current CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification
SSSTS / SMSTS diploma
Full UK driving licence
Confidence in IT skills
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Experience creating risk and method statements
Experience conducting daily briefings, site inductions, method statement roll‑outs and progress meetings
Knowledge of permits to work
Advantageous
National Water Hygiene card
3‑day First Aid
Lift Supervisor certification
