Job Title: Duty Manager / Guest Relations Manager
A seasoned professional is sought after to oversee daily operations in a busy 4-star resort. As a key member of the management team, you will ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a similar hotel environment. Strong knowledge of general hotel operations and previous Front Office experience are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with senior management
- Take full operational responsibility during shifts
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the property
- Lead and manage a team of staff members during peak hours
- Provide hands-on assistance across departments as needed
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of general hotel operations
* Previous Front Office experience an advantage
