Client Side Facilities ManagerAbout Your New EmployerYour new employer is a long-established Irish lifestyle and retail business, known for its distinctive blend of retail stores, artisan food markets, and award-winning cafés. They have 13 retail locations across Ireland in Wicklow, Dublin, Kerry and Belfast.About Your New RoleAs Facilities Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance, facilities, and property management activities across 13 retail locations, along with 4 other sites that are part of the portfolio. You will ensure that all physical assets are well-maintained, facilities remain safe and compliant, and property obligations are fulfilled in line with the organisation's operational and growth objectives. In this role there is also a maintenance team of 3 employers that report directly to the Facilities Manager, along with external contractors who are also engaged as needed for specialist work or additional capacity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all sites.Supervise in-house maintenance staff and third-party contractors.Establish and maintain an equipment register with a rolling 3–5 year maintenance and replacement plan.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.Monitor maintenance performance using KPIs and optimise equipment uptime.Implement systems and processes for issue tracking and resolution reporting.Manage maintenance budgets, procurement, and cost control.Oversee the upkeep, renovation, and security of all facilities and properties.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Manage leases, property documentation, and vendor/service contracts.Coordinate space planning and support the opening or refurbishment of new locations.Develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.Manage facilities and property budgets to ensure best value from all expenditures.Oversee facilities suppliers and ensure consistent service quality across all locations.What Skills You Need5+ years of experience in a multi-site facilities management role, ideally within a retail, hospitality, or manufacturing environment.Must have Irish facilities management experience.Must have a full Irish Drivers LicenseStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organisational, planning, and project management abilities.Proficiency with facilities management software and related IT systems.What's on OfferOpportunity to work for an iconic Ireland company / brand.Competitive salary of €70k + vehicle.Paid for Breakfast, lunch & coffees daily.Hybrid / remote working.What's NextApply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button.
