We're now looking for an HRConnection Manager to lead one of the most impactful functions in our organisation. HRConnection is the front door to HR for our 3,000-strong workforce. As Manager, you will lead, evolve and elevate this service - ensuring employees and managers receive timely, high-quality, compliant and empathetic support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll take ownership of a centralised, high-volume HR service, embedding best-in-class service delivery models, strengthening governance, and using insight and data to continuously improve the experience for employees and leaders alike. You're comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing service delivery with longer-term improvement and transformation. You'll bring: Significant experience in HR operations, shared services or HR service delivery Proven people leadership experience in a high-volume or complex environment Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and employment legislation A track record of improving services, embedding standards and strengthening governance Confidence using data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvement Why Rehab Group?
