As a Digital Account Executive, you lead our most valued customers into the digital age. Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Account Executive manages, orchestrates and leads their virtual teams and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* You determine the priority for each account in the portfolio, identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization, and help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments.
* You collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft to achieve revenue targets.
* You identify and qualify opportunities and pursue through lifecycle and drive adoption through to cross-sell/upsell to new opportunities.
* You stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using knowledge to engage with customers and with internal teams.
* You develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise.
* You develop relationships across an extended team and embraces partners to scale business; ensures sales consumption and adoption goals on target.
Qualifications
Education, Skills and Knowledge:
* Fluency at a professional level in Norwegian and English is essential.
* 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
* OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field AND 4+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth
* OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work
* OR equivalent experience
