Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is recruiting an experienced Quality Manager; this is a full-time permanent position. Our client is a well-known nursing home groups with nursing homes located across the country.
The role of the Quality Manager to lead and implement quality and governance initiatives across our homes. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring high standards of person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
The role is based in the Midlands Region – covering homes within this region
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead quality assurance systems and audits across all homes
2. Mentor and support Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governance
3. Develop and implement policies aligned with national standards
4. Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management
5. Deliver training and promote a culture of learning and innovation
6. Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership
What We're Looking For:
7. Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration
8. Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential)
9. 3–5 years' experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role
10. Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care
11. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
12. Full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel
