We are looking for skilled professionals to provide high-quality nursing care and administration of prescribed intravenous treatment to patients/clients across a broad spectrum of specialty areas, within the home and community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Community Nurse will provide clinical services to adult and paediatric patients in an effective and caring manner to a high standard that meets best practice.
* Maintenance of accurate electronic patient records and timely deliverance of reports immediately after a visit back to clients and head office.
* Working as part of a team where the nurse uses their clinical, communication and interpersonal skills to provide a seamless service whilst liaising closely with the nursing director and clients multi-disciplinary team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Paediatric & General Nursing Qualification
* Cannulation & Phlebotomy Skills
* Demonstrable IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.
