About the Role:

* Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a well-regarded general practice firm specialising in family law, probate, and wills.
* The firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to provide day-to-day support to the Principal Solicitor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Dictaphone typing (experience essential).
* Reception duties - welcoming clients and managing calls.
* Scheduling appointments and diary management.
* Drafting and typing legal documents and correspondence.
* Handling incoming/outgoing post and DX.
* Scanning, filing, and maintaining client records.
* General administrative support to the Solicitor.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year's experience in a legal secretary role (dictaphone typing essential).
* Strong typing, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy practice.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal processes an advantage.
