The Deputy General Manager will support the General Manager in the overall management of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong operational performance, and effective team leadership. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive standards, motivate teams, and contribute strategically to the continued success of the business.
The Duties
* Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property
* Lead, coach, and motivate departmental managers and wider teams
* Ensure exceptional guest experience and consistently high service standards
* Oversee operational procedures across accommodation, F&B, and front-of-house
* Manage rosters, staffing levels, and payroll controls
* Monitor budgets, costs, and KPIs to ensure commercial targets are achieved
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, employment law, and company policies
* Act as Duty Manager as required, being a visible presence on the floor
Must-Have Requirements to Be Considered
* Proven experience in the hospitality industry
* Experience in a Deputy General Manager role or a strong Operations Manager / Senior Manager ready to step forward in their career
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A hands‑on, guest‑focused approach with commercial awareness
* Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

Salary & Benefits
* Salary per annum: €55,000 - €65,000 (Negotiable, DOE)
