DesignBuild Search have been engaged by a Global Construction Consultancy as they have a need for a Quantity Surveyor at Senior or Associate level with strong MEP or Data Centre project experience.
Job Description
Can be based in Dublin, Cork, or Galway with flexible hybrid working possible.
* Actively participate in the tender/bid process
* Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money
* Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts
* Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
* Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports
* Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency

Qualifications
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* 5+ years' QS or Cost Management experience
* Consultancy or client-side experience highly desired
* Must have extensive M&E or Data Centre experience
* Chartered status, or working towards.
