The Ideal Candidate Will
* Thrive in a high‑pressure, high‑turnover kitchen environment
* Work well using their own initiative as part of a strong team
* Be available for a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Maintain excellent standards to ensure top‑quality food for customers
* Have experience and knowledge of HACCP procedures
* Bring at least 2 years of culinary experience in a similar fast‑paced establishment
