Job Title: Café Team Lead
We are seeking a motivated and experienced team lead to join our café team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role
The Café Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of café staff, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded at all times. They will also be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
About You
* You have at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
* You are able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer care, meeting operational standards to maximise sales and profitability
* Provide a fast, friendly, and efficient level of customer service
* Prepare and assist with food preparation, setting up and merchandising counters and taking responsibility for all products from entry to exit
Requirements
* At least 1 year previous experience in a similar environment
* Experience managing a similar sized restaurant/corporate catering unit
* Experience and training on HACCP and Food Safety
