Apple Premium Service Technician – Harvey Norman Ireland
Harvey Norman Ireland’s Apple Premium Service Provider (PSP) repair centre in Rathfarnham seeks a highly organised, customer-focused, and technically eager individual to join our team. This role delivers exceptional support to our Apple hardware and software technicians and requires strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
* Maintenance of customer records via Harvey Norman’s service database to allow real‑time repair status updates
* Utilise the point‑of‑sale system to maintain accurate customer information
* Part ordering and management
* Administrative work associated with part ordering, invoicing, etc.
* Accurate and detailed report writing
* Produce repair/replacement and service estimates to customers and clients
* Explain complex technical issues to customers and clients in a non‑technical, simple manner
* Answer phone calls and emails with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor
* Work with Lovetech departments in all Harvey Norman stores to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction nationwide
* Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service centre
* Using a high degree of customer service skill to position a refusal of service
* Responsible for handling deliveries and shipments
* Managing reservations
Your Profile – Knowledge, Skills And Experience
* A strong desire to further technical knowledge
* A real passion for IT with a desire to stay abreast of new technologies
* Previous experience offering customer service and support on Mac & iOS (tablet/phone)
* An ability to successfully problem solve and troubleshoot across a range of devices and software platforms with training provided
* Excellent technical, problem‑solving, and analytic skills
* Outstanding customer service skills; experience in a client‑facing customer service position highly desirable
* An ability to manage several short, medium and long‑term projects simultaneously over various periods of time
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time‑management skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)

Additional Information
This is a full‑time, fixed‑term contract, with the potential for permanency. Employees must be flexible, covering store opening hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
