You'll work directly with creators and community leaders after they've come into the funnel, helping them shape, design, and launch high-quality group trips — while coordinating closely with our destination partners, DMCs, and tour operators.You are the trusted point of contact who:Makes creators feel supported and confidentEnsures trips are well-designed, viable, and bookableKeeps partners aligned, informed, and moving efficientlyThis is a people-first role with a strong operational backbone.What You'll Do:Creator Experience & SuccessAct as the primary point of contact for creators post-sign-upHelp creators shape and refine trip concepts (destination, theme, itinerary, pricing)Guide creators through timelines, expectations, and launch readinessBuild long-term relationships with creators hosting repeat tripsTrip Design & Travel ExpertiseWork with DMCs, tour operators, and suppliers to build complete group travel packagesReview itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and feasibilityEnsure trips are commercially sound and operationally realisticIdentify risks early and help resolve issues before they escalatePartner CoordinationLiaise directly with travel partners to brief, iterate, and finalise trip proposalsTranslate creator ideas into clear, structured partner requirementsMaintain quality, safety, and service standards across all tripsKeep timelines, approvals, and deliverables on trackInternal CollaborationTake clean handovers from sales / partnershipsFeed insights back into playbooks, pricing, and repeatable trip formatsHelp improve how Junto designs and launches trips over timeWho You AreYou're likely someone who has spent 5+ years working in the travel industry, ideally within:Group travelTour operationsDMCsTravel agencies handling complex itinerariesYou:Understand how trips are built, priced, and deliveredAre confident working directly with suppliers and partnersAre comfortable dealing with creators, founders, and community leadersBalance creativity with structure and commercial awarenessAre organised, proactive, and calm under pressureKey Skills & Experience5+ years experience in the travel industryStrong understanding of group travel logistics and operationsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsCommercial awareness (pricing, margins, feasibility)Ability to manage multiple trips at different stages simultaneouslyWhy This Role Is InterestingYou'll help build the future of community-led travelYou'll work with inspiring creators and engaged communitiesYou'll play a key role in shaping how Junto scalesThere's clear progression into leadership, partnerships, or product as we growJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,603.12-€54,165.24 per yearWork Location: Remote
