Position: Senior Legal CounselLocation: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid, 2 days remote)Our client, a leading international retail and hospitality group, is looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join its established Group Legal team.This is a fixed term contract (12 months) and will include a highly competitive salary package, bonus, benefits and hybrid working.Reporting to the Group General Counsel, the candidate will provide legal advice and support to the Group's business functions in the US, UK and Ireland and will have a proven ability to efficiently and collaboratively manage and resolve complex legal challenges and act as the legal lead on major projects, transactions and tenders, coordinating with cross-functional groups to ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities.Background required:Irish qualified solicitor with 7 years' + post qualification experience ideally with a blend of private practice and in-house experience.Experience in construction and utilities would be beneficial, although not essential.If you would like more information on this position before applying, please contact us directly.
