Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our growing Client Services team at vanrath.
This role requires a technically adept and customer-oriented individual who can provide end-to-end support for cloud-hosted applications, resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally, and engage with customers through various channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, SOAP, and tools like Postman, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose problems, replicate user issues, and deliver timely, clear solutions
* Maintain excellent communication throughout the problem-solving process
* Manage technical conversations confidently
* Provide end-to-end support for cloud-hosted applications
* Resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
* A strong customer service ethos
* A solid understanding of SQL for database queries and issue investigation
* Experience with cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure)
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SOAP UI, and Postman
* Ability to thrive under pressure, manage incidents, and prioritize effectively
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn new systems
Nice to Have:
* Qualifications in IT or customer service
* Experience with Azure
* An understanding of ITIL principles and incident management frameworks
