Director of Transformation
We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to drive our Solution Architecture Leadership Team and Salesforce Platform Governance Team.
This role is crucial in enabling strategic delivery, operational alignment, and transformation across enterprise platforms.
The successful candidate will bring strong Agile delivery expertise, a track record in digital transformation, and the ability to manage complex schedules and resource capacity across high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Strategic Program Delivery and coordinate cross-functional initiatives aligned to architectural strategy, platform governance, and enterprise transformation.
* Drive Agile practices across workstreams, ensuring iterative progress, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
* Manage scope, timelines, risks, and budgets across concurrent projects with a focus on quality and velocity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in project/program management within IT delivery, architecture, or platform governance.
* Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
* Proven experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization and cloud architecture adoption.
