solo role requiring someone who can independently drive marketing strategy and execution while working cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams.You'll be building our brand as we scale into new specialist services, competing in a rapidly evolving market.If you thrive in startup environments where clinical quality meets accessible care, this is the role for you.You will be responsible for growing market share, increasing brand loyalty, and positioning against fast-growing competitors in the B2 C digital health space: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to grow with emphasis on launching and scaling our specialist services (mental health, ADHD, Dietetics etc.) and hybrid care offerings (launching in 2026) Build out email marketing automations (using Active Campaign) to improve the lifetime value of our existing customer base Develop and execute on marketing strategy to launch our first in-person clinic in 2026 Build brand awareness and loyalty for positioning our clinical excellence and accessible care pathways against competitors in the crowded digital health market Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to develop marketing strategies grounded in our clinical expertise and quality care standards Manage our agency relationship for paid media campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, paid social, display) to drive demand and conversions Manage website optimization initiatives working with both external and internal partners as needed to improve conversion rates and user experience Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and owned channels to build sustainable traffic and reduce acquisition costs Manage monthly & annual budgets for the B2 C channel in line with our go-to-market strategy Track all campaign activity meticulously, troubleshooting issues proactively as they arise Define reporting and dashboard requirements and proactively communicate campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders Obsess over key KPIs like CPAs, ROI, & Customer LTV to deliver strong results Create and manage ad creative and copy that communicates our clinical quality and accessible care experience across all channels Candidate Requirements: You thrive in scaling startup environments where you can work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.You balance creative and analytical thinking, execute across multiple campaigns simultaneously, and have a track record of driving growth in competitive markets.This is a solo marketing role, you won't manage a team, but you'll need to influence clinical, product, and operations stakeholders: Marketing/ Business/ Digital Marketing/ Data 3rd Level Degree, or related field.At least 4+ years experience in performance marketing within scaling startups or competitive consumer markets, with proven ability to work independently.Strong track record working cross-functionally with clinical, product, operations, and executive teams in healthcare or regulated industries Expert-level knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and modern CRM platforms (Hubspot, Active Campaign etc).Experience with data visualization tools.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns across paid channels (PPC, paid social, display) and organic channels (SEO, content, email), with demonstrated success in competitive markets.Obsessed with performance metrics & comfortable with data.Experience in scaling startups, particularly in healthcare, digital health, or other competitive consumer markets is highly valued.Understanding of healthcare marketing, clinical quality standards, and patient care pathways is strongly preferred as you'll be positioning our clinical expertise.Excellent communication and prioritisation skills are a must, along with superb attention to detail.Excellent listening skills & fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a solo marketing role while collaborating effectively across teams.Willingness to work remotely, but also happy to work the odd day in a shared office space in Dublin if
