* Manage group bookings and respond to correspondence within 48 hours.
* Liaise with hotel reservation enquiries and ensure accurate reservations in the booking system.
* Handle incoming reservation calls and book room, dining, spa, golf, and leisure activities for guests.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of the booking system is desirable.
