As a key player in the industry, we are committed to fostering innovation, excellence, and sustainability in everything we do.We are seeking an M&E Services Coordinator to join us on a Dublin based project.Key ResponsibilitiesM&E coordination of multiple projects in region as allocated by Operations DirectorDeliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget marginManagement of design build projects to meet client requirements as requiredManage, monitor, and support site management team on M&E packages as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender marginMaintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projectsDispute resolution if requiredPrepare Contractual claims if requiredAssist in estimating projects as directed by Operations Director and senior managementManagement of the release of final retentions on projects as allocated by Operations Director to includeAgree snag lists with design team and ClientAllocate snag works to be completed by subcontractors responsibleOrganize and manage Conack snag team to finalize snags outstandingPrepare contra charges for subcontractors with back upEnsure subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra chargesSkills And ExperienceAcademically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry+5 years' experience in a M&E Coordinator roleFocus on electrical projects is an advantageBenefitsCompany VehiclePensionCompany PhoneCompany LaptopContact InformationTo apply, please send your resume and cover letter to our Recruitment Department at Conack is an equal opportunity employer.
