Role Purpose
As an
IT Project Manager – EUC
, you bring clarity, structure, and energy to meaningful change initiatives. You are comfortable navigating complexity, balancing pace with risk, and keeping teams focused on time, cost, quality, and outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams and who wants to make a tangible impact on how people work every day.
What you'll be doing
:
* Lead EUC projects from initiation through delivery and handover to BAU
* Manage scope, risks, dependencies, budget, timelines, and resources
* Deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Service Owners, and stakeholders across the business
* Produce and maintain high‑quality project documentation and governance reporting
* Embed effective business change management practices into each initiative
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and governance forums with confidence
* Work with the IT Change Management Office and the wider PM community
What We Are Looking For:

* An IT‑related degree or equivalent professional experience
* A Project Management or Agile qualification
* 3+ years' experience delivering IT projects
* Experience in End User Computing or Digital Workplace initiatives
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
* A proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations effectively
What's nice to have:
* Experience in Business Change Management
* Experience with project portfolio management
* A passion for organisational change and continuous improvement
* An interest in innovation, agile ways of working, and emerging workplace technologies
