* Support Worker – Permanent, Part Time (25 hours per fortnight), Clonmel, Co. Tipperary (Adult Residential Service)
* Support Worker – Permanent, Part Time (60 hours per fortnight), Clonmel, Co. Tipperary (Adult Residential Service)
* Support Worker – Temporary, Full Time (78 hours per fortnight, including waking nights), Clonmel, Co. Tipperary (Adult Residential Service)
* Support Worker – Temporary, Full Time (78 hours per fortnight), Clonmel, Co. Tipperary (Children\'s Respite Services)
Role and Responsibilities
The role of a Support Worker provides a key-working caring role for a group of People Supported by the Services. They are responsible for all aspects of personal care required during the day, including meals, personal hygiene and other related aspects of physical well-being. A major focus is to assist and support People Supported by the Services with the development of their Individual Plans and achievement of associated outcomes. A critical component is to support People Supported by the Services in community participation and integration.
