Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential department, ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor the standard of work, maintaining the highest quality in all areas of the department.
* Assist management with the daily running of the residential department, directing a team of residential assistants/housekeeping staff.
* Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the ground floor.
* Liaise with the maintenance department to ensure high standards are consistently met.
* Ensure assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to correct procedures.
* Meet and greet guests, providing a smile and offering assistance at all times.
* Maintain adherence to all departmental standards.
Requirements:
* One year of experience in a residential department at a supervisory level.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to assist in other departments when necessary.
* Weekend availability.
