Electrical Construction ManagerWe are currently recruiting bothanElectrical Construction Managerto work for a leading Engineering contractor on aHyperscaleData Centre project in Sweden.If you are anElectrical Construction Managerwith Data Centre experience who is looking for your next career move, please send your CVOisin O'Donohoeor call for a confidential discussion.Responsibilities:Support the Project Manager in supervising site personnel, leading by example to uphold safety standards and high-quality work.Take on-site leadership by implementing the safety plan, ensuring staff have the training and skills to work safely and professionally.Plan and manage labour and material resources, oversee subcontractor performance, track progress, and address issues promptly while maintaining good working relationships.Monitor and manage team performance, report and act on incidents, and ensure materials meet specifications before installation.Implement the project quality plan, close out snag lists promptly, and assist in project handover and close-out.Ensure all works meet the project scope, with any changes approved by the Project Manager.RequirementsDegree in Electrical engineering, construction, or trade qualified.5+ years of site management with an M&E contractor .Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.Benefits:Salary package circa €110K – €120k – DOEPension.Work in fantastic European location.Excellent career progression opportunities.Company-supported CPD contributions.Accommodation and utility bills.Regular return flights.In country travel provided.If you are anElectrical Construction Managerwith Data Centre experience who is looking for your next career move, please send your CV Oisin O'Donohoe or call for a confidential discussion.
