The Role:
The CEO will lead the overall management, growth, and strategic direction of the company's product portfolio.
This role involves shaping and executing a long-term business strategy that drives commercial success, leverages sustainability initiatives, and strengthens customer relationships.
PROFILE:
The successful candidate will have:
• Proven commercial success at senior management level
•Minimum of five years' relevant leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG sector, ideally across branded and private-label products
•Experience managing customer relationships within FMCG
•Relevant third-level qualification in business, food science, or similar (preferred)
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Results-driven with a strong industry background
• Ability to build a metrics-driven, high-performance culture
•Skilled in coaching and developing team members
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Commercially aware with solid understanding of operations, procurement, and product delivery
