About Us: An Chúirt Hotel is a 4* family run hotel known for exceptional guest service and warm hospitality. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist / Reservations Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.

About The Role
* Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
* Handle reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
* Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, facilities, and local attractions
* Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
* Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
* Uphold hotel standards of service and presentation at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or front desk (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with hotel booking systems and MS Office (training provided if necessary)
* Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Owned by the Gallen family, the Villa Rose Hotel was established in 2000 and has 57 bedrooms, a spa, and has been recognized in Traveller’s Choice awards. In 2016, Jackson’s Hotel was added with 135 bedrooms and extensive facilities. In 2021, An Chúirt Hotel in Gweedores joined with 66 bedrooms and a health club. An Chúirt is nestled in the Donegal countryside with the Errigal Mountain as its backdrop.
