EZ Living Interiors are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in our Head Office in Little Island.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage the collection of accounts data from stores and ensure accuracy on company accounts and ledgers.
* Data input on the Intact system.
* Reconciliations and handling refunds, and the end of day function.
* Ensure accurate recording and logging of all tasks to ensure we have relevant, up to date & consistent information.
* Undertake any other reasonable finance/accounts/admin duties & projects which may be required/necessary as part of the role
* Performing office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, etc.
Qualifications / Skills
* Previous experience in an Administration role is an advantage.
* Experience with full Office Suite; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Exceptional standard of communication skills, both written (English) and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Strong attention to detail and process-focused.
* Excellent time management, analytical and organised.
* Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
